Inspire Integra Type R DC5R
Inspire tuned DC5R. An on going project.
On 18 Nov 2010, we installed the Bride Zeta 3 FRP (L) on the Inspire DC5R along with Bride Rails as the driver seat.
On 4 Nov 2010, we removed the ABS system for the DC5R and convert it to a normal braking system. The conversion was completed with a 6 way valve and Hel SSBH.
On 3 Nov 2010, we changed the front wheel bearings and the rear wheel hubs for the DC5R.
On 2 August, we installed the Spoon 4-2-1 Exhaust Manifold and B Pipe with N1 Muffler into the Inspire Integra Type R DC5R. This is the commencement of serious performance tuning for this DC5R.
The Spoon full exhaust set is made in Japan by Spoon and the welding is of very high quality, very much what we expected of Spoon. Immediately, owner experienced strong pull from low rpm all the way to redline. Throttle became light and exhaust note becomes very bassy and loud too.
